A bold interpretation of humanity's first documented perfume, the ancient Egyptian 'ânti'. Worn by the pharaohs' favourites, in sacred ceremonies in desert sands, ānti's first and eponymous, perfume is a protective blend of frankincense and myrrh morphed into a feline formula with a mystical edge.
Incense and cardamom open like a temple, while Greek saffron, incense, and cypriol burn at the heart with a fiery intensity. Myrrh essence and amber stand as timeless guardians of the foundation, ancient deities of a modern incantation.
“I created my fragrance around an overdose of incense, using both the essence and the absolute. I enhanced the fresh, slightly spicy facet of incense essence by pairing it with cardamom and saffron. To reinforce the warm, ambery, and resinous character of the incense absolute, I added cypriol at the heart, alongside myrrh essence and an amber accord.” - Sidonie Lancesseur
