• We currently deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and certain countries in Asia and the Middle East. If your country does not appear at checkout, please feel free to contact us.

• Free standard shipping via Colissimo within Europe for orders over €100.

• Free international shipping via Colissimo for orders over €195.

• For orders below these amounts, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• France: 2 to 4 business days

• Europe: 3 to 7 business days

• International: 5 to 10 business days

• A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track the delivery status in real time.

• In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Refunds will be issued within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

• To be eligible for a return:

• The product must not have been opened, used, or damaged.

• The cellophane or original packaging must be intact.

• Samples and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
